Returns & Refunds policy:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the item(s). In order to cancel, you must inform us by e-mail rtcampfire@gmail.com Upon proof of receipt, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned item(s). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. The Item(s) must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Customized items are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s). We will not be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
